So, Michael Phelps talked to NBC about his little marijuana incident. I have to tell you, I'm only writing about this because for some reason, people really care about Phelps. I know, I know, olympic medals... blah blah. But the dude is totally ugly. And it's annoying to see his gross face, especially when he has that odd stubble all over it. Ew.

So, here's what Phelps said in the interview with Matt Lauer: "It was a bad mistake. I mean, we all know what, you know, what you and I are talking about. (yeah, the weed dude, we know) It's a stupid mistake. You know, bad judgement... I'll be the first one to admit I've mad a lot of mistakes in my life. Both, like I said, in teh pool and out of the pool. I've never made the same mistake twice."

Of course he won't make the same mistake twice... duh! Nobody smokes pot so obviously again after getting caught. Though I doubt he'll never smoke again. C'mon.

Coolio was busted at LAX today (Friday) for having some crack. He was arrested at the airport.

Crack? Hmm... he does look a bit bug-eyed in some pictures... so I suppose I'm not really surprised, though I did always think he was a bit more of the laid back pot smoking type, rather than the semi-hyper, extremely obnoxious, always fidgeting crack smoking type. Guess I was wrong. 

Claiming she's done with drugs for real this time, Amy Winehouse has a lot to deal with from when she was all messed up. How many times has Amy cheated on Blake do you think? Enough that he's going to get a pretty penny since there was NO PRENUP (really?!) - Blake has filed for divorce. Some speculate he may go after a ton of her money (well duh, he sucks and he's ugly). But Amy Winehouse says she's happy with her new dude and is enjoying her time with him and doesn't seem to be too concerned with whatever bullshit Blake Fielder-Civil is doing from behind bars.

During her stay in St. Lucia, Amy has said "I don't think I'm ever going home... Especially as I met Josh here. He couldn't be more different from my husband, which isn't a bad thing." No shit it's not a bad thing. Blake is BAD NEWS and a LOSER. 

I hope they figure it out quick. It would really suck for Ms. Winehouse if her new, healthier relationship with Josh Bowman was strained by a long drawn out divorce from Blake. 

As you all probably figured out by now, divorce makes me sad. But it's always nice to hear that some people are trying to do the right thing and not have an insane custody battle - those can be so damaging to children.

Jodie Sweetin (only the MOST ANNOYING character on Full House back in the day) and her ex, Cody Herpin "are working hard to avoid a protracted custody battle," according to Wilma Presley, Sweetin's lawyer. Her lawyer goes to on to say that Jodie Sweetin is "working hard on sobriety attending a 12-step program" and that Sweeting is doing well. Good for her - though 12-step programs are supposed to be (in theory) anonymous. Anyone know why...?! There is a reason, and it's a good one... makes perfect sense. Go to any 12-step meeting and they'll tell you (which I would recommend if you have a problem with drugs or alcohol).

At any rate, no matter what Jodie Sweetin is doing, I hope she and Cody Herpin can figure out something that doesn't adversely affect their child. Good luck!

Tara Reid is still at Promises in Malibu... made it through the holidays. Really, more celebritites need to go into rehab and actually come out clean and sober... the youngins who are up and coming need roll models who made it through rehab to look up to when it's their turn. HA!
