Any images found here at omgwtfgossip.com are easily obtainable from many sources all over the Internet. It is our full believe that we are using these images within our rights of Title 17 of U.S Code - US Copyright Fair Use Act, as we believe these images are in public domain.
If you feel we are not within our rights and are using your copyrighted material (images, wording, etc.), please immediately email us and the post will be removed immediately.
We will never argue about whether or not material is copyrighted unless we know we personally created the material, though in that case, I will put that information within the material. We know that we would get annoyed if someone stole our stuff, so that will NEVER be done on purpose. We want everyone to have fun and we want to make sure that credit is given when due. If it is OK for us to use things from your site, it would be greatly appreciated and we would (of course) always link back to within any materials you deem suitable for our use. Just sent us an email and let us know that you are OK with us using certain things from you. The way we figure it, more information is better, so why not share!
