WITH POOP!

A man on trial in San Diego for kidnapping and assault smuggled a bag of feces into the court room. He smeared it in his own lawyer's hair and on his face then threw the rest at the jury. Totally Gross.

The judge declared a mistrial and has boosted the defendant's (Weusi McGowan) bail from $250,000 to $1 million following the incident.

That's just gross. And kind of funny at the same time. Monkeys throw poop. Not people.
