The drinking of coffee can lower your risk of developing Alzheimer's disease!
Miia Kivipelto, a researcher on the project said "Middle-aged people who drank between three and five cups of coffee
a day lowered their risk of developing dementia and Alzheimer's disease
by between 60 and 65 percent later in life."
I know, I'm not middle-aged yet, but I'm getting in the habit of drinking coffee NOW so I won't have to learn the habit later. Personally, I prefer to drink my coffee out of a cow mug... makes it taste better, and there's nothing funnier than a cow. This study make me happy, I am preserving my memory through my already in place morning must.
