Honestly, I have no idea why I am so obsessed with the topic of salmonella-filled peanut butter... perhaps it's because I watch a child eat peanut butter all the time and it makes me kind of cringe because salmonella is a creepy word that makes me think of salmon floating around in my peanut butter. Ew.
Anyway, General Mills and Kroger and Safeway are among those on a list of food companies and retailers that are taking the items made with peanut butter off their shelves.
The FDA is still advising that everyone steer clear of products made with peanut butter until they can be sure they have all the information, all the details, and know where it all went.
Personally, I think they should just bite the bullet, pull it all and freaking start over. Overall it would probably cost less than all the "investigating" everyone says they're doing.
Just fix the fucking peanut butter already! Eh, screw it. Mac and cheese it is then.
