Anyway, he was convicted of second degree murder today (Monday) in the death of a film actress some six freaking years ago. Wow, our system sucks, doesn't it? I'm sorry, but if someone kills me tomorrow, I want his (or hers) trial OVER by Friday. This taking forever stuff is bull shit. 

Anyway, Spector's sentencing is set for May 29th. Unless he appeals (and it's successful), he'll probably go to prison for about 18 years... unless he gets out early on good behavior... UGH. Really, our system sucks. Ah well. I guess every system sucks in it's own way.
