I am VERY aware of that fact that is nowhere near ready, but when this works for all spectrums and can hide me from the human eye, I WANT AN INVISIBILITY CLOAK!

Researchers at Duke University developed a material made upof more than 10,000 tiny pieces of fiberglass (doesn't sound very comfortable... YET!!!) that can cloak objects from some electromagnetic waves.

A senior researcher, David R. Smith said "The new device can cloak a much wider spectrum of waves - nearly limitless - and will scale far more easily to infrared and visible light. The approach we used should help us expand and improve our abilities to cloak different types of waves."

This research (of course) was supported by the Air Force Office of Scientific Research and Raytheon Missile Systems, along with a few other organizations of the like. So if they figure it all out and it can make people invisible, we'll probably never really know all the details or get to see one in person... we'll just hear about it on UFO Files or something, where everyone thinks some guy is a lunatic for swearing he saw one. Ah well. It's fun to think about... imagine the possiblities... they truly are endless.
